Caffé Silenzio is getting too little water

Hello all together,
my coffee maker brings the water for a normal cup of coffee only drop by drop.
I have already cleaned the brewing group but no success. This error occurs only sometimes. By adjusting the grinding degree, the water runs through somewhat better, but is not a satisfactory result.
I hope you can help me.

Hello,
have you also cleaned the stainless steel incubator sieve? The small holes, held against the light, must all be beautifully free.
