Jura Machine Model Impressa S9 Avantgarde
The lamp "Clean machine" has lit up. The unit has been cleaned with Tablet.
After cleaning, the lamp is still lit.
The procedure has been repeated 2 times. Also decalcification performed.
The lamp "Clean machine" still lights up.
We have opened/ dismantled the machine and cleaned everything inside. The machine works perfectly after assembly. Lamp's still on.
We just need to know exactly where the disorder is coming from.
We are in Africa/ Namibia and no service is nearby.

Hello Niccos,
The message only stops if the cleaning program is not clean to the end. The reason for this is usually a stiff brewing unit.
