Siemens EQ500 stuck on error message

After I started descaling, the machine displayed the following message in red:
"Fill with non-carbonated water or replace filter"
But it got stuck on it, impossible to move on, despite clean water and a filter the message keeps appearing.I can't get to the
menu, and it remains stuck on the progress menu, interrupted by this message
I'm at the end of my rope with this machine, cold coffee and incessant cleaning. In short, I regret my purchase
Please help me.
