EA891C - machine goes off again directly

Hi,
I have an EA891C. When I turn on the machine, the automatic maintenance starts briefly and then goes off again immediately after a few seconds. This happens in 14 out of 15 startups.
It behaves like a battery-powered device that you want to turn on with too low a charge and then in the middle of the startup process the device goes out again accordingly.
Is this a known problem?
