Nivona 691 831 grinder does not run

Hello all,
Have the VA of my parents. A Nivona 691 831. When preparing the coffee, the grinder does not start and the message " process canceled appears. Does anyone have any ideas?
Electronics defective ??????

At the grinder is an overtemperature fuse. First check whether the still has continuity.
