With my machine,
no water comes out when rinsing
and coffee is ground and pressed into the brewing group
but no coffee comes out.
Coffee cake falls into marc.
Please give me some tips.

Is the water running somewhere? Drip tray?
Remove the filter in the brewing unit and clean it. I've often had a strainer that was clogged.

Does the hot water supply work? Either descale thoroughly if you have water containing limescale. Use an amidosulfonic acid-based descaler. Do not use citric acid or even vinegar.
The pump also tends to break on these machines.

Hot water supply ok. I don't think it's calcified
