TK68E571/04 - can't get brewing unit inserted

Hello to all and glad you exist!
So, I bought an older kitchen for my daughter and there was this machine in it.
It shows the error "door closed" which means yes the brewing unit is not properly or not inserted at all.
So I have the machine partially disassembled, the error message is switched by the white small switch in the rear area. This works.
However, I am obviously too stupid to insert the unit. I can't get it all the way in to the sheet metal to lock it in place. Somewhere in the middle area something is jamming, I can't figure out what. The latches stand up of course.
There is nothing in the manual.
Can anyone help?

What happens when you leave the brewing unit outside and close the door? Does the drive then run in the home position?

I have to keep the switch pressed, then it starts to heat. Without the switch, the error message appears.
The problem, the brewing unit must be fully pushed in and locked so that the machine runs.

Is the shaft in the right position?
There is a rubber on the shaft. If that is swollen then you get the brewing unit also difficult on it.
You can try a little salad oil on the rubber to make if it goes better.
Otherwise, renew if it is because of the.

The cause is a white plastic lever that is on the motor shaft in a position where it bumps against the brewing unit to be inserted.
Possibly this is to adjust the outlet tube, no idea...
How do I get the drive in the base? So you can not insert the BE and actually it should not have been so removable.

I assume you mean the driver. See picture arrow below.
I do not know how to get the drive in the home position on your machine when the brewing unit is not in the machine.
You can also try to press the switch that I have marked in the picture and then see if the drive moves.
But be careful when it moves counterclockwise, that it does not move too far and damage the drainage valve.

Door contact bridging, the photo of Schlawi shows which switch duch also still must press, then the brewing drive motor should move in home position.
If this does not happen, then one of the microswitches in the brewing drive is defective.
You can also finish this KVA.

Good evening,
an intermediate result, which should actually be a final result....I have the machine 2x, both partially defective.
The drive of the machine around which it was first does not move, even with the switch pressed.
I then disassembled the second machine, cleaned, new seals, lubricate, etc.. It cost me 2 days and a few euros.
I just turned it on, unfortunately with several implausible errors:
1) Error messages drawer missing comes constantly
2) Error messages empty drawer (although empty)
3) Cleaning indicator constantly lit, if you release the cleaning comes a little water from the nozzles, but in addition there is some water in the bowl. Is this normal?
4) I can not descale because the cleaning light is always on.
It seems to me that quite little water comes out of the front nozzles, but I do not know the machine......
It has stood very long, I read somewhere flowmeter or pump could be full of air or faulty. But how can I check this? Multimeter?

Hello, flowmeter you need more than just a multimeter, to my knowledge, pump can be disassembled if it is then an ulkapumpe. Instructions are available on the net. The ball must be min 3.8 mm = 4mm new.
Tresterschale could be contacts installed. These are oxidized or in the housing. Clean and dry.

Morning,
so with 2x XXL coffee it fills a large coffee cup to the top, that seems ok to me. I therefore do not assume that it is a pumping error.
The flowmeter is in principle a very simple component, the magnets are there, I can hardly imagine what else should be broken...or does that actually happen more often?
The shell defects are gone, the contacts at the back must always be clean.

Maybe check the plugs times, if not already done. So from and are these flowmeter stubborn.
Maybe a complete rest helps, but whether that is possible with an EQ6?

Hi all
I can't insert the brewing unit in my Siemens TK68E571 as described earlier - it seems like the shaft on the motor isn't in homeposition.
How can I get this back into the correct position when the brewing unit isn't in the mascine?
