EQ.7 Plus can no longer be switched on

Hello,
>our EQ.7 Plus (TE706509DE/10) shows the time, but cannot be switched on anymore. If you press the power button, Siemens appears briefly in the display, then it turns black and immediately afterwards shows the time again. Does anyone have an idea what is defective here and how you can repair it yourself and possibly which spare part you need?
