Piston remains in brewing position

Posted by: smallqp April 30, 2012 05:17 pm

Quickmill 05000A

Brewing process runs normally until the piston does NOT return to the home position after entering the brewing group and pressing. Motor is controlled - hum clearly audible - but does not move upwards.

After switching off and a waiting time -
After a short OFF or switching on the error remains = motor is activated -

The piston returns to the home position after the 3 beeps sound!

Trat only 2x sporadically, now the error occurs with every attempt.

Before I open the machine once, someone has an idea what the problem could be ?

Hello,

none because the etas could say ?

The problem is more precise:
The brewing process runs normally, powder, flask n. If the motor (humming) is still running down PRESS and against a stop ?

?: Limit stop piston = reversal of upward movement ?

?: Gear is stuck - but why is it after the delayed restart - what can cool down...?

Hi,

badly I have the same problem.

Have you found a solution in the meantime?

Many greetings,
