Melitta Caffeo Solo completely blocked

During the cleaning program (last step), my 6-year-old unlocked the brew group lock, i.e. pressed the red button and moved the lever clockwise to the unlock position.
Now nothing works. Neither reset nor pressing single cup/double cup simultaneously for two seconds works. The machine tries to move the BG drive, but nothing happens.
The BG can no longer be removed. And the lever can no longer be reset.
Can you think of anything, e.g. how to release the lock manually?

Hello, you will probably have to dismantle the brewing unit. This can also be done in the KVA, but it's a bit tricky.
Torx 10 and Torx 15 are required.
