Cup size cappuccino / coffee with milk

Hello people,

has opened a cafe and would like to offer coffee in proper style. rolleyes.gif
Does anyone know if the cups for cappuccino and latte must be the same size? In Murphy's beverage book, only the percentage shares are in it. I would say that the latte is larger or?

It's even bigger. There must also be much more coffee (instead of little espresso with the Capu)!

Have a look at www.kaffee-netz.de, there are a lot of people who drink coffee in proper style or offer it in their own shop and also know their way around with cups etc. very well.

What is important for all cups, whether espresso, cappuccino or latte, is that they have to be thick-walled, otherwise the coffee is cold quickly. Preheating well is a matter of course.

Hello together,

had recently also intensively dealt with the topic, since I also intend to open a cafe. I came across a very interesting website where you can inform yourself about the different furnishings for the gastronomy. If you are interested: http://www.lusini.de/.

More greetings,
euer Emil

Yes, milk coffee cups are bigger than capuccino cups, in France you can even get them in bowls biggrin.gif
And for espresso smaller cups are of course better.

Hey,

I also think that latte cups are bigger than capuccino cups. At least I noticed this already in several cafes. smile.gif
