that the foam becomes more liquid towards steam is clear, because position 6 o'clock delivers only warm milk.
As far as foaming is concerned: If I tell you something about pulling and rolling phase now, you will probably have more question marks over your head ![wink.gif](/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
