Water collects under the machine

Hello, a puddle regularly appears under our machine. The tank itself is tight. The water comes out when the tank is plugged - whether the machine is on or off. With the naked (untrained) eye, it was impossible to see where the fault could be, even inside, after unscrewing. Does anyone have any ideas?
