WMF 1000pro heats in continuous loop

Had successfully changed steam sensor, but still seems something in bad.
Turn it on: Willkommwn - heats up - warm-up rinsing i.o.

Brewing unit motor also moves - but then "machine heats
up" as a continuous loop.
Temp sensor WW and steam 10 KOhm , both boilers 52 Ohm ,
will also initially warm.
Voltage at WW boiler changes between 270 mV and 580 mv
(Fluke Meter.

That should be 230 V by now, not millivolts. You can't get the boiler warm with that. Did the thermostats go off? Press the red caps once and be sure to remove the plug first.
