Esam 3500 s will probably be too hot

I've had a Delonghi Esam 3500s for 10 years. Yesterday she didn't stop making coffee and only after unplugging the plug was the overflowing coffee stopped.

I noticed that the cup warmer was much warmer than usual.

The machine did not respond to keystrokes anymore. Only when it had cooled down did it go back to normal operation. Today I deliberately took my time with the first coffee and again it became very hot and did not react to button presses.
Is it the thermoblock or the electronics or the control panel? Or or or or? DeLonghi ESAM 3500 S Pronto Cappuccino
