Hello, who can help me: my machine hardly rinses/ coffee runs very slowly. The pump is working, but during rinsing, maybe only 1/3 of the water comes out than last week and to fill the cup with coffee takes the machine forever.
I have decalcified the machine in normal operation, cleaned the brewing unit and coffee channel/outlet. Could the pump be defective, is it worth
repairing?

Thank you for

It can be the pump, but it doesn't have to be.
I rather think that the brew head has clogged up and possibly also the
brewing group.

Define "Brew group cleaned".

Only external rinsing is not enough. The crema valve and the sieve

also clog up

with time

. It is best to

disassemble the brewing head and brewing group, clean them with a special coffee cleaner and reassemble them with new seals

.

Thanks for answering.
I had already unscrewed the sieve and cleaned
it.

Disassemble it - will I try

Oh, brewhead - I know, stupid question, but where does he sit / how do I get at it. Unfortunately, I only have the 0815 manual which offers the standard answers

To remove the brewing head, you have to unscrew the rear wall, the side walls and the upper housing part. You can also find further instructions at "KomTra.de".

You could also start by decalcifying the upper brewing flask with decalcifier. Place the descaler in the water tank and repeatedly rinse or, in test mode, move the drive upwards and then switch on the pump. It is then possible that the blockage will be removed.
