Cafe bonitas kingstar, water runs out

Hello dear people, I have a problem with my kingstar unfortunately the warranty is long around . When I press coffee the machine works and draws water but after that I have a huge flood because the machine runs out from below. And the cup remains empty no coffee no water. When I press hot water at least water lands in the cup. Can anyone help
