Hello,
our Xelsis HD8942/11 permanently shows the request to empty the grounds container, which means that no coffee can be made. I've already been through several websites and found out that this is a common mistake with Saeco.
Which I've already tried:
-Leave the container outside for a few minutes so the machine can register the emptying.
-complete device meticulously cleaned
-receptacle and container for the set
exchangedI had
no success:
(Does anyone know what you could do? I think you first have to know exactly how the machine detects that the container should be emptied...Probably there is a sensor somewhere, but where ?
