Krups EA81

After I have already had a few automats (older Jura /Saeco) I could finish a Krups EA81. In the process, I noticed the hydraulics. I had not yet had such a thing. I think that this is a bad system, among other things because the hydraulic components that do the work have to relieve themselves after the work is done, i.e. they have to release the pressurized "working" water, which they naturally release into the drip tray. This is refilled after each individual cup and must therefore be emptied much more frequently than with mechanical systems, where only the flow goes in after the initial draw - possibly once a day. In addition, such a system is naturally exposed to the impurities of the water (lime etc).
Do I see that correctly ?
