Cleaning tabs for the Bremen VIVA

We own a Bremer Viva fully automatic coffee machine and urgently need suitable cleaning tabs for it. I was told that the individual tab must weigh 3 g and also have a special size. Is that so? If so, what brand can you recommend? If necessary, name a source of supply. Thank you very much. Ilona
