Press Giga 5 Rotary Switch

Hi guys,

My Jura giga 5 shows me permanently 'Rotary Switch press',
When I then press it comes system is filled, but nothing
happens.
She makes a few noises and returns to the 'Rotary Switch press' point.

I can't do anything, does anyone have a solution or an idea what else I could do?
I have unplugged it several times already....
