my solo is dumping the brewed coffee in the waste tray and nowt comes out of the spout .is cleaned and still not working .any ideas please ?

Hello, did you revise the brewing unit?
Something is clogged, the brewing sieve or the crema valve.
Next question, did you use coffee cleaner tablets and clean the Kva with them, according to instructions from the user manual?
