Melitta Touch CI

Hello,
my machine pumps the entire contents of the water tank directly into the drip tray after switching on and does not respond to any button presses. Then the message "Fill up water" appears and the game starts all over again. Drainage valve has already been replaced. Has anyone ever had the same thing or an idea for a solution?

Weirdly, I have exactly the same problem.

I'm thinking that machine is possibly blocked somewhere?

Adding to this, I've just let it start up with a half tank full of descaler and left it for an hour. It now gets past the initial rinse phase so I've started a descale program and we'll see what happens.

Adding to this again, running through the descaler, got the machine to "fully boot", then was able to run a proper descaling program which appears to have resolved the issue.
