Nivona 646 - brewing group cannot be used

Hello*,

After cleaning my brewgroup de Nivona 646 the brewgroup sometimes can't be used.

I already feel a resistance when inserting the brewgroup and then the locking arm can't be moved.

Now I have browsed the internet and read there that you should press a microswitch or a microswitch. I don't know where the microswitch is or what to press, nor do I know how to get the drive to the default setting.
