Hello together

>I have the following problem:

After I have replaced all seals of the brewing unit the machine works sometimes normally sometimes the complete coffee runs directly into the collecting tray. This is also quite different sometimes I can let 5 cups out quite normally then times more times less.
A defective seal can't be the cause, I changed it and then it should be permanent.
would be great if someone had an idea.
