I have an EA 9000 with the following problem:
I turn it on-she says good day-then she says goodbye.
Similar I only know of my buddy Kalle speed dating.
I tried the "trick " with tapping the 4 corners and can only get to the hotline , the error code is 51.
Maybe someone can tell me here what to do with error code 51 ?
I am happy about every post and will continue to report.

the error 51 at krupp is NTC deffekt or has no real contact.
if you are lucky you have to clean the connection and work again...

You probably have conected ntc upper 3 pins but you have to connect 1 pin after....

What is this trick with tapping the 4 corners? Our machine has the same problem of coming on and going off right away.
