My Saeco HD5852 keeps showing that there is no water left even though the tank is full.

The flow cleaner is clean...
Firstly how or where does the unit detect the water level and what could be the problem seib?

Safe with HD 5852?
Usually the water level is detected by a sensor. Google times after 421941306721
