No function after cleaning

No coffee in cup

Hello, I am new here.
I have a problem with my E 960.
Has worked perfectly, has prompted me to clean, made and since then comes no coffee in the cup
.
Apparently the KaffeeWasser only goes into the drip cup, the there is water immediately after the operation.
Tea water and steam works.
Please help me where to start.

Remove the front panel of the drip tray and look where it runs or comes from.
Can be a defective drainage valve, can be a seal on the brewing unit.
Kannst yes times look if the lip seal on the brewing unit is still whole.
