Brew group no longer goes in

Hello
,after I replaced the drain valve I can no longer get the brew group inserted. At the first start attempt is probably something went wrong. In any case, no coffee came and I got the brew group only with much fiddling from below out again.
Now it seems as if the motor pin is a little twisted in relation to the holder in the brew group. In any case, it does not go in. At the brew group is such an adjuster with which one should be able to adjust. That is not enough but not.
I have again checked all disconnected connectors and the limit switches and I have not noticed anything.
Does anyone have a tip?

I checked again: there is an installation mark in the housing for the beige guide ring on the journal. I cannot get this to fit. The guide ring is twisted a few millimeters to the right. Presumably, the trunnion is positioned over the microswitches. And now?

I pressed the contact switch of the brew group. Now I was able to insert it.
Unfortunately, no coffee comes out. All water runs out the bottom of the drain valve.

I have the same problem.
After cleaning it, the group does not want to go back into its housing.
