Hello,

my machine "New Star" worries me. for
some time there is always a puddle of water on the right side under the
machine. i

changed 4 seals on the brewing unit a few days ago.



Unfortunately the puddle

is still there.

do you have an idea or a tip for

me?

I had the same problem.
The solution was quite
simple.

The drain holes under the grounds container or under the brewing group were clogged. After I had cleaned them, everything was fine again.

I have the same problem. Have you found a solution? The small slots under the brewing unit are free.
