Melitta caffeo CI is 3 years old. Recently had a lot in water in the coffee grounds collection pot and has been grinding coffee, making a lot of noise and then not dispensing.
This morning it displayed the error code 8 (misaligned brewing group) but would not allow me to reset with on/off and mycoffee buttons. Tried to remove brewing unit to check and clean, it moved about a cm but became stuck, it won't go in and it won't come out. It won't come out because (surprise!) the brewing group is misaligned. I really wish I had just left it alone!
Anyway, can anybody suggest how I remove it or put it back. Or can direct me to an exploded diagram so I can take it apart myself, please?
