Hello, we have had a Siemens EQ9plusconnect S500 for about half a year. Now to my question, while cleaning it, a spring fell out, probably on the left below the screen inserts, there is a small movable plate and there is always a lot of powder accumulating. Now I turned the unit upside down and pushed the pin of the screen insert upwards. All of a sudden the small plate came loose, I cleaned it and put it back in. But then I saw that a spring came loose and I have not the slightest idea how and from where. Above all, it must be put back in there. I ask for help. Lg Mocki
