Have a DeLonghi esam 6900 PrimaDonna , and my drinks were also always lukewarm and no one could help me ! So I thought about what you could do to fix the problem !!!!!! In the milk container is the plastic tube and the end of it I have made warm and oval deformed and thus the flow rate minimally limited, so the DeLonghi has more time to warm up the milk and see there nice hot drinks. so actually a small thing ( the DeLonghi should notice in the factory )or reduce the flow rate by reducing the diameter of the tube at the end
