Water in the drip tray instead of in the coffee

My ECAM 350.55.B Dinamica was decalcified yesterday.at the end was very much water in the drip tray. This morning machine starts normally but no water. 2-3 times tried. The water collected in the drip tray at the bottom. What can be there? What kind of Torx do I need to open?
