If somebody has problem with pump working but not water going through coffe I have found reason in my machine.
There is a one way valve just before connection to the black plastic "brewing unit" athis was clocked by deposits from the heating unit...
I needed to open the machine, disconnect some wires from the control unit, disconnect pipes from the valve, clen the valve and the inlet pipe and everything works now...
If anybody need more detailed instruction, I can post it just let me know

This post is still gold in 2021.

I own a Jura EnaMicro 9 One Touch, days ago I decided to give it a clean, especially the grinder.

I was able to open the machine because last year I already needed to open it (not the easiest of the jobs, but some youtube videos saved me! If you have never done it, it is a must to check a video before! You also need a special tool, for a special oval screw at the back side).

While cleaning it, I wanted to unscrew the Torxscrew you find at the center top of the grinder (where the beans are before being grinded). When I was done, I just screwed it back tight.
Never do that, unless you know what you are doing!

I started to get problems, as the poster of this topic:
machine grinds the beans OK, pump seems to work OK, brewing process seems to start correctly but then it kind of fails (like it tries to pump the water but something is clogged or there is not enough power) and nothing comes out of the spouts.
It also prompt "fill beans" message, and later it asks to "press rinse/maintenance".
Rinse works correctly. Warm water only, works correctly.
Then you are just in a loop.

After a couple of days searching for a solution in the web, I found a post on Fixya.com regarding the "fill the bean" message (on a Jura Impressa C5):
"On this model there`s no sensor in the bean container. The message Fill Beans is generated during the tamping or compressing of the grinded coffee. On the motor there`s an encoder that reads out how many turns the motor has before it stops. If this is to long, the logical explaination for the machine is that there`s not enough coffee, ergo you have to fill beans.

Usually this happens because the grinder is packed with fine powdered coffee that`s blocking the outlet from the grinder.

You need to take off the toppanel; there`s 7 Torxscrews (could be Phillips if you have an older model). When you lift up the panel you get right to the grinder. Be sure to mark the position of the grinder. Theres 3 colored marks that shows the medium position. Turn the black plastic collar counter clockwise until it stops, then lift off the knives. Clean up everything inside, but never touch the centerscrew, this part is balanced on tiny springs and steelballs. You will probably not be able to get this back again correctly. When you reassemble the grinder, remember to check the colored marks.
"

The magic words are: never touch the centerscrew, this part is balanced on tiny springs and steelballs. You will probably not be able to get this back again correctly.

Hope this can help others!

EDIT/UPDATE:
Finally fixed it! It was the grinder! Followed the first video, very well explained! I had one metal bearing out of position and a spring damaged. Fixed the spring, riassesed, ripositioned e and done!
