Prima Donna Soul milk foam problems

Have been 2wochen a Prima Donna Soul. Class latte etc. now with once comes more steam instead of milk foam, no matter what setting I have on the milk regulator. The glass is maximum 1/4 full

I do not have this problem. The milk foam is perfect with us.

Hello, is this problem that you have? Here is mine that was perfecly working .... for 2 weeks only before getting this, watch the video, all as usual, button on "max" but here is the result:

I have exactly the same problem after three weeks, is there a solution?
All parts have been cleaned several times in a row.
In addition, all parts of the lid are rinsed with hot water after use before it goes back into the refrigerator. The problem occurred virtually overnight.

Set device to factory settings and then it should go again.
Before settings write down to set again 
.

tips such as factory setting, constantly clean the lid etc helps nothing.

Hello, has anyone found a concrete solution to the problem with the milk foam?
I have since about 1.5 weeks a Prima Donna Soul ECAM 610.75 which now also makes only sporadic milk foam. Otherwise it just spouts around.
You can see at the tube in the milk container that no milk is sucked.

Have since 1 week a prima donna soul ecam 61075 and the milk foam unfortunately also no longer works ???? Only milk with almost no foam. I have cleaned all parts, does anyone have an idea what to do?

Hi all I had the same issue.
Drove me mad, I saw something about a milk cleaning solution for coffee machines, or bought some from amazon. Added some as per the instructions and ot works perfectly now

Primadonna Soul milk foam problems I have also had when you milk in the fridge does dekel remove and let stand outside wen dekel to cold it does not foam

Hi All
,got the following solution what worked great for me directly;-)
1. Make a large container full with hot water and some dishwashing liquid. So large that you can immerse all parts 100%.
2. all black EinzelTeile from the milk foam tank purely and several times the parts in this water 10min. wash out. The parts must be immersed in hot water. Especially the large black part which is plugged into the coffee machine. Here are so small inlets at each corner, which must be immersed several times in hot water. 3.
Remove all parts and then rinse out the remaining detergent with running hot water.
For me it helped directly. :-)
My foam is back 100%.

Hello everyone
,I had the same thing. Always nicely cleaned and suddenly no more milk foam. I wrote to customer service. I should decalcify the container separately, but it brought nothing.
I ordered "milk hose brushes" based on a video regarding cleaning the fully automatic machine and completely cleaned everything in the lid and also the hose of the milk container again.
It is again a perfect milk foam.

I have the same problem.
Only that my machine is only 3 weeks old and has only had 29 covers with milk foam.
However, the problem existed already on the 2nd day and I always have to clean thoroughly in advance and then pull 2-3 drinks -with milk foam- in a row so that the milk foam is neat on the 3rd / 4th reference.
Very annoying, as I assume here rather a design flaw!

Hello,
I have had the same problem.
It is important to clean the milk frothing system thoroughly every day after use at the end of the day.
The tip below with the ball and spring was helpful, but it did not completely solve my problem.
In my case, cleaning with the pipe cleaner solved the problem. It is important to use a small pipe cleaner to clean this part, which can be disassembled.
