I have a Krups fully automatic EA985 series for three years.
Today I have the problem that a cup of cappu was generated.
Then came an error message that the machine should be disconnected from the power and turned on again.
I did this several times (came after the startup always again in the display).
The machine had then once again recovered. While making another cappu, the machine hung while 'preheating'. I unplugged again and after 'Automatic Maintenance' the machine now hangs at 'Preheat' mode. The machine no longer boots.
I would now strongly suspect that the flow heater may be defective.
Has anyone had this problem before?
