AEG Cafamosa CF220 is about to go out - Video

Hello,

I got an AEG Cafamosa CF220 to have a look at it!
(Type I have to look at first)


>The machine has the following error:

Going after switching on (click to hear):
- the 5 coffee quantities Leds on
- the Power Led on
and the Heating LED flashes alternately with the Cleaning LED

When the Heating and Cleaning LEDs have flashed many times, the machine stops.

If a flap is opened before switching on, the machine remains on for the time being. When you close the flap then the LED flashes and the machine goes off!

Hello,

is the thermoblock getting hot ? If not, check the temperature fuse for continuity or measure the resistance at the temperature sensor (NTC). Otherwise search for errors on the power board (triac / optocoupler) or on the wiring. It has happened before that a plug was simply plugged in the wrong way round.
I don't have the machine anymore and therefore can't send you any more detailed information. But that would be my course of action.
