warm milk, no foam. Component left

Hi forum, my wife and I are a little desperate.

Since cleaning our milk frother, a component is over and only warm milk comes out, no froth.

It is a small rubber ring with a beak on it. Here you can see it:

The Bosch hotline refers to the exploded view.
However, this part is not visible there.

I would appreciate any help to avoid a costly repair.
