Delonghi Intensa Cap. with milk bar & cold foam

Hello all,

we use a Delonghi Intensa cappuccino for about two years and have just under 10,000 covers. The machine is cleaned daily each descaling process meticulously carried out. We use fresh water from our osmosis system for the machine and therefore we have no limescale problems at all. The machine still runs like on the first day and we are super satisfied.
But now to our problem. As soon as the milk bar is connected and we want to get a cappuccino, it works smoothly, BUT the foamed milk is cold. The cleaning process runs without any problems and hot water or steam comes out. I do not understand why. Do you have any idea what is going wrong here?

The milk was taken from the fridge as usual and it comes out foamed...but just not even lukewarm.
