I have neither electronics nor coffee machine experience, but like to be guided.
It all started with the decalcification, the last step with the water rinse no longer worked. Despite waiting forever, the display always jumped to fill water tank and press ok. Switching off and waiting has also brought ncihts.
I have now opened it up as my first guess, based on the noise, was the pump. However, it is fully in order and the Gummies are also still soft.
I have been trying to track the water at what point it stalls. So I disconnected the little hose from the thermoblock and now when I click on hot water water comes out in pump bursts. So the pump seems ok to me.
However, once the water is inside the thermoblock, I don't understand anything.... Where should it come out next ? When is the three way connection coming ?
I have cleaned everything I could. the small filter after the water comes out of the water tank and also the brewing piston inside.
Maybe someone can help me ? I would so like to solve the problem myself and not just take the machine for repair....
