Which coffee maker

,I have been researching for weeks for a fully automatic coffee machine. My first. Currently I am wavering between Siemens eq6 500 Plus and Delonghi Ecam 370.95t. Currently both available for the same price. Can anyone make a recommendation for me? I drink up to 5 coffees a day. Mostly lungo with milk.

Since I am currently again increasingly concerned with the issue comes here my assessment of the Siemens:

Since 2017 we have an EQ6 300 in use. At the beginning I was really annoyed that the water tank was empty relatively quickly and the drip tray wanted to be emptied.
Now after 4 years I see dadrin the advantage: hygiene.
Of course, a regular cleaning of the brewing group, etc. also belongs to it, but by the fact that every time you turn on and after each (milk nozzle) use is rinsed, the internal system is clean.

Furthermore, good foam, reasonable latte macchiato (3 layers) and hot water is still produced. However, it is time to replace the seals after a good 10,000 uses (but that's just a side note).
