Hi, my Krups xp 7230 makes a strange mistake.

Sometimes it works perfectly without any problems, and sometimes no coffee comes out.

I have disassembled it to see if something is clogged, but this is not the case you push the water up and throw it into the container.

I have the feeling it could be due to the seals. Has any of you ever had this problem?

Greeting Cossi

Many thanks already.

Hello Cossi,

When all the water lands in the drip tray, the cause is usually an incorrectly working drainage valve. Either dirty or seals worn.
You should have a look at the appropriate subforum (Krups Maintenance and Repair).

Why is your machine different? The models are all constructed in the same way. blink.gif
At your marked place (overflow) normally hardly water runs long, if you don't install the upper brewing flask of course, then yes.
I will stick with the drainage valve for now, otherwise you should always clean both brewing sieves, they may be clogged.
