Nivona 796 coffe quantitie levels

Hi.

I paid attention that in latte recipe the amount of grinder coffe is the same at all level 1-3.
Seems like it stuck at level 1 or some low level.

The portion after latte is much more smaller then another recipes no matter which level.

The service said they don’t know about that.

Anyone know about that?

Another question, how much g per level 1-5?
In Nivona site they said 7-11g but in the mail they told me 8-14 :/
