Hello everyone
,with the experience with Saeco and Siemens KVA I have maintained and repaired for us in the lezten years a friend has now brought me her Jura Ena Micro 1 machine. Error:
There is no more coffee and the water runs directly into the drip tray.

I took care of this problem, opened the machine according to instructions, the completely dirty and encrusted brew group removed, cleaned and (again according to instructions) completely disassembled and revised, including drain valve.
I assumed that the strong incrustations and possibly dilapidated seals were to blame.
After all seals were replaced and the brew group was reassembled and greased in the right places, I cleaned the interior of the machine and installed the brew group.

Rinsing process worked after switching on, water ended up in the cup.

Then want to make a coffee and lo and behold, nothing works.
During the brewing process, the water runs down the left side of the brew group into the drip tray.
What surprises me even more, the (dry) pomace is not "cleared" into the drip tray, but remains on top of the rim of the brewing chamber....

Have no idea right now what is going wrong...maybe someone here has an idea.
Error when revise the brew group I would like / can 99% exclude. Everything according to instructions, have already tens of times own Saeco / Siemens brew groups revised (so not completely inexperienced) and the brew group runs smoothly by hand and without any blokaden.

Attached times 2 pictures that illustrate the above written...maybe that helps...;-)

Glad about tips to solve the problem

...

Greetings, Chris

Unfortunately, you can not see the pictures.
Is the brewing chamber open during grinding? As I see it, there is something wrong assembled. The Micro is already a little special.
Maybe the lower piston is not quite in the gear.

So, I've looked...when grinding the chamber is open, there falls then the ground coffee purely, then the brewing group moves over, presses the coffee together, but unfortunately the water not through it, but this out below.
After that, you still have dry coffee powder, which, however, for whatever reason, is not poured into the pomace container, but remains in the chamber.
With the next coffee falls then new powder on it (is then too much and it is deposited on the edge).

An error has occurred somewhere during assembly.
Remove the brewing unit and turn it by hand. The powder is not ejected. The powder quantity also seems quite small to me. But I can also be mistaken.
