Coming from not from the program rinsing

Hello
I have today a machine Gaggia Titanium and have come at the commissioning on hergendwein menu. Couldn't even switch the whole thing to German. Now always lights up on machine is rinsing open knob. When I unscrew the button, water comes out of the nozzle. HAbe already let three water tanks run through, but nothing changes. I can't get out of the menu with esc either. There's nothing else possible. Who knows help
