Nivona 730- Brew group revised- defective

Hello.
Yesterday my brewing group was revised and reinstated. Since then, no more water runs out of the coffee spout, neither during rinsing nor when brewing.
The brewing group makes a short hissing blow, then the water runs into the collection container.
Also, every time the small hose jumps off at the (I think it's called) inlet nozzle.

Bin really desperate, because it ran quite well before.
