Tchibo Esperto Latte does not pump - first use

Hi all
,got a new vending machine today. Unpacked it, set it up, cleaned it, turned it on and..... nothing. So almost nothing. You can hear the pump running but no water coming at all.
Am completely new to vending machines so have no idea what to do.
Please help!!!

So I do not want to come to you too stupid, but water you have certainly filled into the container? I just got me yesterday also a Tchibo Esperto, because my Jura is now for three weeks in repair. And I must say, for the price, the part is quite ok. Everything according to the instruction manual in operation taken? Mine started to rinse immediately after switching on. If you press the water symbol on the right side of the buttons, no water comes? If not, it probably amounts to a complaint....
