Krups Prblem

No longer starts Malfunction

Hello
I have a Krups EA 815 and have started there a cleaning program then I wanted to make me a cup of coffee and it came then hardly FLüssigkeit in the cup it has probably built up a pressure and it came out a steam puff ...that's it..the whole thing I tried 2 times and it went nothing more. I then took the machine from the power and wanted to start again then came only a short noise and immediately the Nestzstecker malfunction as a symbol in the display ...
What could I do?
The machine is three years old...sad.gif
