Decalcification symbol and bean illuminated

The machine has been switched on, the descaling symbol and 1bean light up continuously.
(Bean symbol on the right). The light intensity is the same as in ECO mode. Other keys do not light up. The machine can no longer be operated and no longer responds to any buttons.
In addition, it can no longer be switched off.

Can anyone help me with this?
